  • BMI (target ≈ 22): higher deviation reduces score
  • Waist-to-Height ratio (target ≈ 0.50)
  • Resting Heart Rate (target ≈ 60 bpm)
  • Weekly exercise (target ≈ 150 minutes)
  • Sleep (target ≈ 7–9 hours)
  • Alcohol (target ≤ 7 drinks/week)
  • Smoking (penalty if "Yes")

The body age is estimated as: BodyAge = Age + (50 − Score)/4, capped to reasonable bounds. It’s an educational estimate — not a clinical measurement.
